R/IV / MACHINE ACCESS TERMS

AUTHORIZED
MACHINE USE.

These terms govern programmatic access to R/IV through APIs, MCP tools, machine-payment interfaces, or other automated access methods.

NO PROHIBITED DELEGATION · NO PAYMENT-AS-AUTHORIZATION

[ TERMS ]

ACCESS REQUIRES
AUTHORITY.

01

Authorized access

Use machine interfaces only through credentials, grants, payment authority, and capabilities that you are authorized to use. An automated system may not impersonate another customer, evade access controls, exceed an organization's delegated authority, or obtain private evidence belonging to another account.

02

Spending authority

Automated purchasing must operate within authority granted by the relevant user or organization. R/IV may enforce per-transaction, daily, monthly, capability, concurrency, or other limits.

03

Evidence and outputs

R/IV results are bounded by the admitted evidence and configured workflow. Model-generated analysis is not itself evidence. Outputs identify support, conflict, uncertainty, dependencies and unresolved questions; they are not a guarantee that the reviewed record is complete.

04

Security

Do not use R/IV interfaces to probe internal infrastructure, access non-public networks, exfiltrate secrets, upload malicious content, interfere with other customers, conduct denial-of-service activity, or circumvent security and abuse controls.

05

Changes and enforcement

Capabilities can be paused, degraded, deprecated or retired for security, reliability, legal, provider, quality or operational reasons. R/IV may rate-limit, suspend or revoke machine access when needed to protect customers, system integrity, evidence quality or payment integrity.
