R/IV System Status

A plain-language capability and limitation statement for the current R/IV production architecture.

Implemented

Private versioned cases, case-scoped reset and deletion, bounded server-side public-source acquisition, acquisition receipts, canonical source roots, content-addressed artifact preservation where permitted, typed timelines, claim-level review, contradiction lanes, proof dependencies, ASK and CHALLENGE extensions, explicit legacy snapshot migration, and portable JSON export are implemented. The release candidate remains IMPLEMENTED_NOT_VERIFIED until deployed tests pass.

Unavailable or blocked

OCR, audio/video transcription, semantic-vector retrieval, probabilistic entity resolution, model inference, scheduled execution, and connected-case import are not currently supported. Some repositories require production credentials or provider-specific compliance work.

Release rule

Implemented code is not called verified until exercised in the deployed runtime. A blocked source, technical failure, or empty result cannot be promoted into evidence of absence.
