The canonical R/IV evidence-reconstruction pipeline, adversarial review method, and fail-closed analytical rules.
Canonical pipeline
Every case follows: intake, scope, acquire, normalize, authenticate, extract, resolve entities, reconstruct timeline, build claim graph, test contradictions, generate hypotheses, attack hypotheses, produce findings, and export. Each stage exposes its actual state, inputs, outputs, dependencies, limitations, and failures.
Tribunal architecture
The canonical analytical roles are explicitly classified: RESEARCHER — IMPLEMENTED as bounded acquisition and preservation; PROSECUTOR — IMPLEMENTED as a deterministic support-seeking lens; DEFENSE — IMPLEMENTED as a counterrecord and innocent-mechanism lens; ARCHIVIST — IMPLEMENTED as source-lineage and earliest-source analysis; SKEPTIC — DEFERRED as an independent reasoning service; JUDGE — NOT_IMPLEMENTED. No conceptual label is represented as connected model inference. MODEL OUTPUT ≠ EVIDENCE.
Reproducibility
Cases retain immutable versions, acquisition attempts, canonical source roots, hashes where bytes can be preserved, typed dates, evidence-to-claim citations, proof dependencies, and a portable export.
