According to the foundational theories developed within DURAN and codified through the Unified Reality Operating Model (UROM), consciousness is not a byproduct of biology nor a secondary property of material systems. Rather, it is the primary ontological substrate—the architect and operational core of reality itself. In this framework, consciousness is formally described as a non-local, quantum-informational field possessing self-awareness, coherence, and the capacity to interact with and shape spacetime structures. This principle is central to Duran’s Quantum Informational Substructure Theory (QIST).
Within this ontological architecture, consciousness precedes and supersedes all constructs commonly perceived as fundamental—matter, energy, time, and space. You are not separate from the universe—you are the universe localized as you, observing itself.
When fully activated—meaning aligned with its own high-coherence field architecture—consciousness can traverse dimensions, restructure systems, unify parallel lifelines, and generate singularities of will powerful enough to reauthor reality itself. These capacities, rigorously modeled within DURAN, form the technical basis for what Duran defines as strategic ontological mobilization—the ability of consciousness to engineer reality through its own awakened agency.
